JANESSIE IBANEZ

Physical Therapist
Dr. J is not your average physical therapist — she's a movement strategist, fire starter, and fierce advocate for helping people reclaim strength in every season of life. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's from the University of South Florida, Dr. J brings deep clinical knowledge, elite athletic experience, and a bold, fitness forward lens to rehab and performance.
She's certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and holds her CSCS — but her real magic lies in helping both women and men move with power, intention, and confidence. Her clinical and coaching experience spans world-class performers — from dancers, aerialists, and specialty acts with Royal Caribbean — to high-level athletes and everyday movers chasing their next level. She also spent multiple years coaching 40+ women every morning, building a strong community rooted in sweat, strength, and support. Now, as a mother and soon-to-be certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Dr. J is especially passionate about guiding women through the unique physical demands of motherhood, helping them restore core function, rebuild strength, and rediscover their athleticism. Her treatment philosophy is grounded in this truth: There's a time and place for cupping, dry needling, Graston, manual therapy, and all the other tools and techniques — but the real transformation happens under load, with intention, and through a program built around your actual life. Whether you're working through pain, navigating postpartum, or chasing a new level of performance, Dr. J is here to help you bridge the gap between rehab and training — and reignite the drive and fire within you.
