Physical Therapy FAQs

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?

Florida allows direct access to physical therapy for most patients. Our team can help you confirm insurance requirements before your first visit.

How long is each session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes and fully one-on-one so your therapist can treat and progress your plan in the same appointment.

Can PT include dry needling and manual therapy?

Yes. If clinically appropriate, we combine manual therapy, dry needling, and progressive exercise as part of one integrated plan.

Do you work with post-surgery cases?

Yes. We regularly treat post-operative cases including ACL, shoulder, and ankle procedures with milestone-based return-to-activity plans.
