Elite marathon preparation that goes beyond logging miles. Running Performance dedicates three days per week to round out your training—one day of hands-on recovery, plus two strength-focused sessions designed specifically for distance runners. It also includes a take home PDF with exercise content, heart-rate & zone training guides to improve efficiency and recovery, as well as mobility guides.

Using evidence-based training methods and proactive recovery techniques, we help you build the power, durability, and resilience needed to tackle your race goals while staying healthy from start to finish.
