HOW IT WORKS

Complete three out of four daily challenges, post to your story daily (or text us) and tag @wearecomplexmia for 1 point. Earn an extra point for the day by posting a workout picture at Complex!

THE POINT SYSTEM

Complete a minimum of 3/4 of the items on the daily checklist and post to your story (or text us) to earn 1 point each day. You need at least 30 points for a raffle entry. If you work out at Complex and take a photo before leaving, you'll earn an extra point for that day. For every additional 5 points beyond 30, you'll get an additional raffle ticket entry. Good luck!

1. WORK OUT

Engage in one 30-60 minute workout each day. This can be a walk, yoga session, workout class, strength training, running, or a Complex workout, among other options. Choose activities that you enjoy to keep your routine fun and motivating!

Ex: Complex Workout, Yoga, Pilates, Tennis, Running, Walking, Biking, etc.

2. DRINK WATER

Aim to drink 1 gallon (128 fluid ounces) of water daily. Staying well-hydrated will help you feel energized and improve your overall well-being.

Benefits of Hydration

  • Better Kidney and Urinary Health: Increased urine flow helps flush out toxins and reduces the risk of kidney stones and urinary tract infections.
  • Improved Metabolic Function: Drinking enough water can help keep our metabolism running smoothly, which can support weight management and reduce the risk of health issues related to metabolism.
  • Enhanced Digestion: Proper hydration supports digestive health, reducing the risk of constipation and promoting nutrient absorption.
  • Better Skin Health: Staying hydrated can improve skin elasticity and reduce dryness, contributing to a more youthful appearance.
  • Cognitive Function: Adequate water intake is linked to improved concentration, memory, and overall cognitive performance.
  • Physical Performance: Hydration is crucial for athletes and active individuals, as it enhances endurance, reduces fatigue, and aids in recovery after exercise.
  • Mood Regulation: Dehydration can negatively affect mood and increase feelings of anxiety and stress. Staying hydrated may help improve emotional well-being.
  • Temperature Regulation: Water helps regulate body temperature through sweating, preventing overheating during physical activity or in hot conditions.

3. READ

Read 10 pages daily, preferably from a self-development, educational, or thought-provoking book. However, any reading material is valuable too! This daily habit can inspire personal growth and broaden your perspective.

4. INVEST IN YOURSELF

This category is up to you. Choose an activity that your future self will thank you for, or something that brings you joy. Prioritize being intentional in what makes you happy!

Ex: Watching the sunrise, meditating, going for a walk, spending quality time with family, journaling, etc.

We’ve drawn inspiration from the 75 Hard Challenge and adjusted it to better serve our needs and those of our clients. We encourage you to use this challenge to adopt a holistic, healthy lifestyle, including a clean diet, and setting healthy boundaries. It’s designed to be both a mental and physical challenge, promoting overall well-being.
